ITINERARY

Day 1: Lima.

On arrival at Lima international airport you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel.
Evening: Overnight in Lima.

Day 2: Private tours of Lima and National Museum.

After breakfast, we will drive you downtown into the city of the Kings; our English speaking guide will do his best for you to know Lima: the Plaza de Armas, with the baroque cathedral, the Palacio de Gobierno (Governors Palace), the Archbishop's Palace with its big carved wooden balconies, and the convent of San Francisco, whose bright yellow facade covers a grisly secret. Underneath the convent lie extensive catacombs that served as the cemetery for the whole of Lima during the colonial period!
13:00 Peruvian Lunch in Jose Antonio Restaurant.
15:00: Start private tour of National Museum.
Evening: You will have dinner in Huaca Pucllana Restaurant.
Evening: Overnight in Lima.

Day 3: Your Cooking Classes!

Today, we will pick you up from your hotel and visit a local Market where you will learn about the ingredients you will use during your first cooking class. Now we will drive you to your culinary school to have a 3 hour class and learn how to prepare the most delicious Peruvian sea food! You will have lunch in the school.
After lunch you will a 2 hour break before your next cooking class. You can try to learn Creole food or Peruvian desserts.
In the evening you will enjoy dinner in one of the best Restaurants in Latin America, you will visit Astrid y Gaston!
Evening: Overnight in Lima.

Day 4: Flight Lima Cusco (11,150 ft).

After breakfast, transfer to the airport to board your early morning flight to Cusco.
On arrival at Cusco airport you will be met by our representative and transferred to your Hotel, located in the center of Cuzco; you will have time to rest and adjust to the altitude.
Afternoon: Private tour of Cusco and nearby Inca Ruins.
14:00: Your guide will pick you up from your hotel and show you the highlights of Cusco, the colonial cathedral, the great temple of Korikancha and the 4 impressive Inca ruins around Cusco: Sacsayhuaman, with its massive walls, Qenko, site of carved living rock, Puca Pucara, an Inca lodging Site & Tambo Machay, known as the Baths of the Inca. Evening: Overnight in Cusco.

Day 5: Machu Picchu.

Morning: you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Ollantaytambo train station to board the Vista dome train to Aguas Calientes (the base town of Machu Picchu).
Private guided tour of Machu Picchu (8,200 ft)
On your arrival at the train station your guide will pick you up and take a 25 minute bus journey to Machu Picchu, the most impressive and mysterious Inca Site where you will have a private guided tour and learn about the history of this site, who lived here, how it was discovered in modern times and why the Spaniards never found it. You will have some insight into the various features of this sacred city and have free time to really enjoy yourself alone in this spectacularly located site, an unforgettable experience that will stay with you forever!
Afternoon: Train journey back to Cusco.
On your arrival at Cusco train station you will be met by our representative and transferred to your Hotel.
Evening: Dinner show and overnight in Cusco.

Day 6: Flight Cusco – Lima.

Transfer to the airport to board your morning flight to Lima.
On arrival at Lima airport you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Miraflores, the bustling, cosmopolitan area of the city.
Evening: Dinner in Rosa Nautica Restaurant.
Evening: Overnight in Lima.

Day 7: Flight back home

Transfer at any time to the airport to board your flight back home.
