Stage one: Pre-travel experience

We will provide you with guidance, updated and relevant information and respond all your questions in time.

  1. We will listen to your questions and requirements. We will advise on the best possible options and work on designing a personalized travel itinerary that suits your exact needs and requirements.
  2. After setting up the travel itinerary, we will email it to you including available hotel names, train and flight services and tour price.
  3. If you are happy with the itinerary, we will email the reservation form to be filled out with your full information, after receiving your form we will need to charge the 50% tour deposit (Bank wire transfer or Credit card payment).
  4. 48 hours after receiving the tour deposit, a full confirmation will be emailed to you with the tour preparation information.
  5. The balance of the tour price will be processed 30 days prior the tour starts.

Stage two: Travel experience

We are committed to operating our service in an outstanding way. From the moment, you arrive at Lima International Airport until flying back home, you can be assured that you are in our safe and knowledgeable hands.

  1. Welcome to Peru! Upon arrival at Lima International airport, you will be met by our staff (We will have a sign with your name) and driven to the hotel booked.
  2. Upon arrival at your hotel, our English-speaking Agent will assist you with hotel check-in and provide you with important tips (information may vary depending on season).
  3. During your entire trip, our staff will monitor, in advance, all your reservations (transfers, flights, trains, buses, hotels, guides, Restaurants, etc.) to ensure all services are provided successfully.
  4. Our team is here to help in case of any problems. No matter where you are travelling (Mountains or the Amazon rainforest), our local multi-lingual speaking Guides and Agents, will be happy to help at any time.
  5. The last day of your itinerary in Peru, we will drive you back to the airport in time for boarding your flight back home.
