This tour offers you a unique opportunity to live a safe once in a lifetime experience in Peru.

During 12 days you will be surrounded by great sceneries, amazing wildlife, and bring home just great memories that will stay with you forever!

You will explore the most important Inca sites in Peru, from the beautiful sacred valley with its colorful Quechua villages, to the breathtaking Inca city of Machu Picchu built atop green mountains in the Peruvian Andes.

Sailing along the Amazon River is absolutely a unique experience. Besides the great boat rides on the Amazon River, you will enjoy hiking through the rainforest looking for monkeys and birds, swimming surrounded by Pink Dolphins, kayaking, fishing and learning how life is in the Amazon rainforest.

Finally, you will visit the southern coast of Peru to see the amazing Nazca Lines and enjoy a smooth boat ride to Ballestas Islands, known as “the small Galapagos” because of the great number of sea lions, sea birds and a few Humboldt Penguins.

Day 1: Arrive in Lima

Once your flight lands at Jorge Chavez International airport, follow the signs to immigration and then to customs. After exiting customs, you will be in the International arrivals area where you are met by our representative, who will be holding a sign with your name, and driven to your hotel located in Miraflores area, one of the safest and nicest neighborhoods of Lima.
Upon arrival at your hotel, our English Speaking Staff will welcome you and assist you with all you may need.

Day 2: Flight Lima - Cusco

After breakfast, you are picked up from your hotel and transported to Lima airport to board your morning flight to Cusco city.
Upon arrival at Cusco airport, you are met by our representative, who will be holding a sign with your name, and driven to your hotel located in the center area of Cusco.
You will have time to rest and adjust to the altitude.

Day 3: Sacred Valley Tour. Train ride to Machu Picchu

After breakfast, you are picked up from your hotel and join your tour group to start an exciting guided adventure in the sacred valley of the Incas!
Your tour starts with a smooth drive to the valley of the Incas, on the way you will enjoy the stunning views of snow-capped mountains, green hills, and the beautiful fields of Giant corns, potatoes, beans and wheat.
Your guide will show you the highlights of the Inca Ruins of Pisac and then continue with a visit to the famous Pisac Market, here you can see the local families selling their products and handicraft. The trip includes visits to Quechua colorful villages like Yucay and Ollantaytambo where you will be able to interact with the locals and learn about their ancient customs and traditions.
After lunch, your guide will show you the amazing Inca site of Ollantaytambo, here the Incas made one of their last stands against the Spanish.

Afternoon train to Machu Picchu Pueblo.
Upon arrival at Machu Picchu train station, you will be welcomed by your hotel staff and escorted to your hotel.

Day 4: Machu Picchu Private Tour

After breakfast, After breakfast, you will be met by your guide and take a 25 minute bus journey to Machu Picchu where your private English speaking guide will embark you on an adventure of a lifetime that brings you back to the 15th century.

You will explore the most majestic Icon of the Inca civilization, walk through its narrow streets, learn about the history of this site, life of the Incas, and why it is one of the New Seven Wonders of the World!
You will have free time to continue exploring the amazing architectural structures of Machu Picchu and enjoy the wonderful views of the Incas’ world.

After visiting Machu Picchu, you will board the bus to Aguas Calientes, where you will have lunch before boarding the train to Cusco.

Afternoon Train journey to Cusco
Upon arrival at the train station, you will be transferred to your Hotel.

Day 5: Guided tour of Cusco and nearby Inca Ruins

This afternoon, you are picked up from your hotel and join your tour group to visit the beautiful city of Cusco, a UNESCO World Heritage Site! You start with a smooth walk to the main attractions of this Inca city, its main square known as Plaza de Armas, then the Cusco Cathedral which construction started in 1559 and has an impressive unique collection of more than 400 paintings from Cusco school made during the 16th and 17th century. Next, you walk through the narrow Inca streets close the Plaza and appreciate the massive Inca walls which are the foundations of Cusco city.
Your tour includes a visit to the most impressive Inca temples, Koricancha, which is known as the temple of the sun. During the Inca time, the walls of this temple were lined in sheets of solid gold and its courtyard was decorated with statues and ornaments of gold! You tour includes a visit to Santo Domingo Church built by the Spanish colonists.
After visiting the city of Cusco we will head to Sacsayhuaman, an amazing Inca fortress which main walls perfectly fitted, were built with massive stones. You will learn more about the Incas’ secrets, we continue to Qenko, site of carved living rock then to Puca Pucara, an Inca lodging Site and finally Tambo Machay, known as the Baths of the Inca. At the end you will have an amazing view of the Inca city and surrounding areas.

Day 6: Flight Cusco - Lima

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Cusco airport to board your morning flight to Lima.

Upon arrival at Lima airport, you are met by our representative, who will be holding a sign with your name, and driven to your hotel located in the bustling, cosmopolitan Miraflores area of the city.

Lima city tour
This afternoon, you are picked up from your hotel and embark on your guided tour of Lima. Your tour covers the highlights of the pre-Columbian era, the Colonial period and modern times.

The tour starts with a great panoramic view of Huaca Pucllana, a ceremonial center of the ancient Lima culture.
Then you are driven directly to the “City of the Kings”, walking through colonial Lima is unique you will enjoy its beautiful monuments, Colonial houses adorned with Moorish-style balconies, their main Plazas like San Martin square and Plaza de Armas. The guided visit inside the convent of San Francisco is just awesome; it is home to the largest collection of religious art in the Americas. Underneath the convent lie extensive catacombs that served as the cemetery during the colonial period.

After enjoying the colonial Lima, you are driven to the beautiful Olive Grove Park, the most beautiful park of Lima which dates back to the 16th century! But Lima has more parks yet, we head to “Park of Love” located on the cliffs of Miraflores overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Day 7: Flight Lima - Iquitos. Muyuna Lodge

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to the airport to board your early morning flight to Iquitos.

Upon arrival at Iquitos airport, you will be met by our representative and escorted to the pier to board the fast boat to Muyuna Lodge located 87 miles upriver south of Iquitos city, at Tamshiyacu-Tahuayo community Reserve on the banks of Yanayacu River. During the boat trip through the amazing Amazon River, you will observe how people of the local communities live and sail on the Amazon River as if it were a highway in the Amazon.

After almost 3 hours of sailing you will arrive at Muyuna Lodge, after a welcome drink (fruit juice) you will be accommodated in your room.
Before lunch, you will have a briefing about your stay in the Amazon, safety issues, excursions, list of animals seen in the area, what to wear and reply any questions you may have.

Leoncito walking tour.
This afternoon, you will have a walking tour to appreciate the immense variety of flora around the Muyuna area. You can taste the water that Uncaria tomentosa (cat's claw) has within its vines – which is used to cure cancer and AIDS. You will also be amazed by the huge Ceiba tree. In addition, you will see the world's smallest monkey, the pigmy marmoset, and the squirrel and tamarin monkeys. If you're lucky, you'll see the howler monkey, whose deafening roar can be heard many miles away.

After dinner you will enjoy a boat excursion for nocturnal Cayman spotting, observation of birds and mammals.

Day 8: Amazon Lagoons, Canoeing and Piranha Fishing

After a very early breakfast, you will have a 20-minute boat trip to Sapote lagoon to enjoy watching parrots, jacanas, kingfishers, herons, panguana, partridges, pigeons, cormorants and horned screamers. Then we head to Moena lagoon where you can observe sloth, monkeys, squirrel, monk, stump, and other amazon animals like turtles and iguanas.
At 10:30 am. we return to the lodge to enjoy your time canoeing or kayaking in the river before  Lunch.

Piranha fishing
This afternoon, we travel by boat to Purura and Corrientes lagoons where you will enjoy a piranha fishing adventure and watching the colorful Amazon bird of hoatzin or “shansho”.

20:00 Nocturnal boat trip to search for birds and Iguanas.,

Day 9: Swimming in the Amazon. Muyuna Lodge – Iquitos. Flight Iquitos - Lima

After breakfast, we will have a boat ride to Buenos Aires beach in the Amazon RIver, a calm area where you will watch and swim surrounded by the pink dolphins. On the way back to the lodge, you will see the biggest aquatic plant in the world, the famous Victoria Regia.

After lunch we will board our fast boat and return to Iquitos and then to the airport to board your flight back to Lima.

Upon arrival at Lima airport you will be transferred to your Hotel located in Miraflores.

Day 10: Tourist bus ride Lima - Paracas

Early morning, you will be picked up from your hotel and driven to the bus terminal to embark on a smooth three-hour tourist bus journey through the Pan American Highway to Paracas bay.

Upon arrival at Paracas bus stop you will be welcomed by our representative and driven to your hotel located a few steps from the ocean.

Flight over Nazca Lines from Pisco airport
You will be picked up from your hotel and driven to Pisco airport to board your one-hour and forty-minute flight over the enigmatic Nazca Lines. You will enjoy great views of at least 15 figures in the desert, a monkey, a fish, a spider, a hummingbird and other drawings and geometric figures visible only from the air. The mystery of these huge figures in the desert known as the Nazca Lines, continues even today.
Overnight in Paracas at Posada del Emancipador Hotel – Standard Room

Day 11: Speedboat trip to Ballestas Islands

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel, driven to Paracas pier and set off on a two-hour speedboat guided adventure, which will take you through the blue waters of Paracas bay to the beautiful Ballestas Islands, home to many sea birds, impressive colonies of sea lions and a few Humboldt Penguins.
On the way to the island, you will have great views of the mysterious Candelabra, a prehistoric geoglyph which is almost 650 feet long, carved into a hill and still an unsolved mystery!

After your boat trip, you will be driven to your hotel and then to the bus stop to board your tourist bus to Lima.

Upon your arrival at Lima bus station you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel located in Miraflores area.

Day 12: Larco Museum Tour

This morning you will visit one of the Top Museums of Lima. Larco museum located in an 18th-century Colonial Mansion is home to more than 5000 years of pre-Columbian treasures. The amazing cultures gallery and materials exhibited in this museum will help you understand the history of the pre-Columbian civilizations established in the Peruvian lands.

International flight
You will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to the airport to board your flight back home.
